Dick's background has been in sales and marketing, bringing companies' products to market. However, he retired after suffering from meniers disease and rheumatoid arthritis, and he is also a long covid survivor. Despite his health challenges, his passion for helping people led him to serve on the Billerica Commission for Disabilities, where he gained a deep understanding of the challenges faced by people with disabilities.
Recently, Dick heard about the Uvalde killings and was deeply moved. He knew he had to do something to help protect our children. He searched for the best non-intrusive safety products to ensure that no child should fear going to school, and schools should not feel like a prison.
Dick's mission statement is simple but powerful: to protect our children from harm. He believes that every child deserves to feel safe and secure, and he is committed to finding innovative solutions to make this a reality.

Today, I would like to take a moment to introduce you to one of our co-founders, Robert D. ‘Bob’ Carson, Jr., who also serves as our Chief Financial Officer.
Bob is an experienced professional who has served 27 years in the U.S. Army Reserve as a Lieutenant Colonel, Medical Service Corps Officer. His military experience has taught him valuable skills such as leadership, discipline, and teamwork. These skills have helped him excel in his various positions in the business community, such as administration, operations, marketing, and sales.
In addition to his professional experience, Bob is also a student of Organizational Development. He loves creating peak-performance teams and is passionate about saving lives, especially children. It is this passion that has driven him to be a part of our company and help us achieve our mission.
As our CFO, Bob plays a vital role in managing our finances and ensuring that we are on track to achieve our goals. He brings a unique perspective to the table and is always looking for ways to improve our financial performance.
